Who We Are

In May 2018 the Tridder team utilized their 100+ years of combined oilfield and agricultural experience to launch an energy services company committed to superior quality, great customer service, and uncompromised safety. The foundation of Tridder Industrial is built on faith, family, and hard work. We are guided by our Christian values, and we operate our business with honesty, integrity, and respect. Ultimately, honoring God in all that we do is the keystone to our success.

Leadership

Tessa Bearden

Managing Director – After earning her bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University, Tessa moved to the north slope of Alaska to begin her career in the oil & gas industry. She now applies more than 20 years of experience to managing Tridder’s accounts, assets, and human capital. Tessa’s West Texas roots run deep, and despite living all around Texas and the U.S., she considers the red dirt of the southern plains home.

Cleve Bearden

Executive Director – Over 30 years ago, Cleve started working in the West Texas cotton fields on both of his grandparents’ farms. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech, he embarked on a journey to Alaska to broaden his knowledge of the oil & gas industry. Cleve has worked hands-on in the field and in the office for more than 20 years in many different environments. He has amassed a skillset that has enabled him to pursue his entrepreneurial dream. With passion and determination, Cleve has built an outstanding team and reliable network of resources ready to put your plan in motion.

Neal Bearden

Director of Construction – The son of a farmer, Neal spent countless hours as a young man working his family farm on the south plains of Texas. While farming he trained to earn his certification as a Master Electrician and began a long career serving the agricultural, energy, commercial, and residential industries throughout West Texas and abroad. Backed by decades of in-field experience, Neal’s wealth of knowledge is invaluable to the team and our customers.

Riley Smith

President – A native of Houston, Riley was raised in the business, and he ambitiously began his career upon his high school graduation. His work has taken him to the extremes: the oilfields of Alaska’s north slope to the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford in Texas. With a decade in the field, he has extensive knowledge and experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of well sites and the full spectrum of oilfield equipment. With that knowledge he has been able to transition easily into transportation as a lead sales representative. In 2019, Riley joined Tridder and developed the freight and logistics side.
